An engineering company that ships its own software
Glomax Info Tech is based in Chennai. We build AI systems for enterprises — agents, LLM applications, retrieval, data platforms and the cloud underneath — and we build and operate four products of our own. Running our own software is what keeps our advice grounded: we carry the pager for it.
Most technology companies will tell you how many people they employ and how many projects they have delivered. Those numbers tell you almost nothing about whether the work will be good, so we have taken them off this site.
What is worth knowing is this: the engineers who would work on your system also build and operate our products. They have shipped AI into production, watched it behave strangely at two in the morning, and fixed it. That experience shapes how we scope work — which is why our first answer is often smaller than you expected, and occasionally is that you should not build the thing at all.
We work with organisations who have either tried an AI project that stalled, or have not started because nobody could tell them what it would actually cost to run. Both conversations start the same way: what decision are you trying to improve, and how would we know if it worked.
What we are here to do
Put AI into the parts of a business where it genuinely removes work, and build it solidly enough that it is still running — and still owned by someone — two years later.
How we want to be judged
By whether the systems we built are still in production and still trusted, and by whether your team can operate them without us in the room.
What we hold to
Say what we would actually do. Show the trade-off, not just the upside. Hand over documentation people can work from. Decline the work when it is the honest answer.
