AI Agents & Agentic Automation

An agent that only answers questions is a chatbot. An agent that takes actions in your systems is an employee with API access, and it needs to be treated like one: scoped permissions, an audit trail of everything it did, a human in the loop where the stakes justify it, and a way to stop it. We build agents that handle real operational work across your tools, and the supervision layer that makes them safe to switch on. This is the same engineering that runs the agents inside one3.ai.

What We Deliver

Our Capabilities

Comprehensive AI Agents capabilities backed by deep expertise and proven methodologies.

Workflow agents — multi-step processes across your existing systems, with retries and failure handling
Tool and API integration — agents that read and write in the systems you already run
Human-in-the-loop design — approval gates placed where the cost of being wrong justifies the wait
Permission scoping — least-privilege access per agent, so blast radius is bounded by design
Audit trails — a complete record of what was done, on what basis, and by which agent
Multi-agent orchestration — specialised agents with a coordinator, where that genuinely beats one capable agent
Long-running and scheduled agents — work that spans hours or runs on a cadence, surviving restarts
Evaluation and simulation — agents tested against recorded scenarios before touching production data
Escalation and handover — clean transfer to a person with the full context attached
Agent rental and deployment — pre-built agents you subscribe to rather than build, delivered through one3.ai

What we would tell you in the first meeting

The question to ask about any agent is not what it can do, but what happens when it is wrong at three in the morning with nobody watching. If you cannot answer that, the agent is not ready — however good the demo was. Scope the permissions first, then extend as it earns trust. That order is not optional.

FAQ

AI Agents — Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?+

A chatbot answers. An agent acts — it calls your APIs, updates records, sends things, moves work forward. That difference is entirely about permissions and consequences, which is why we treat an agent like a member of staff with system access: least-privilege scope per agent, a complete audit trail of what it did and why, approval gates where the cost of being wrong is high, and a stop button.

How do you keep an agent from doing damage?+

Scope first, extend later. A new agent gets the narrowest permission set that lets it do its job, runs against recorded scenarios before it touches production, and escalates to a person at the points where a mistake is expensive. Everything it does is logged with the reasoning attached, so when something goes wrong you can reconstruct it rather than guess.

Can we rent an agent instead of commissioning one?+

Yes. one3.ai carries a library of agents that already do common operational jobs across ERP, CRM, accounts and HR. You subscribe, scope its permissions and switch it on. If what you need is not in the library we build it, and it becomes available to everyone afterwards.
