Conversational AI — Chat and Voice

Most customers have been trained to distrust chat widgets, because most of them exist to avoid a conversation rather than have one. A useful assistant is grounded in your actual policies and data, knows what it does not know, can complete the transaction rather than describing it, and hands over to a person with the full context attached. We build chat and voice assistants across web, WhatsApp and telephony, in the languages your customers actually use.

What We Deliver

Our Capabilities

Comprehensive Conversational AI capabilities backed by deep expertise and proven methodologies.

Customer support assistants — grounded in your documentation, policies and order data
Voice agents — telephony integration with speech recognition and natural turn-taking
WhatsApp and messaging channels — where most Indian customer conversations already happen
Multilingual conversation — English and major Indian languages, including code-mixed input
Transactional capability — checking an order, booking a slot, raising a ticket, not just answering about it
Human handover — routing to an agent with the transcript and the customer record already loaded
Intent and gap analysis — what customers ask that you have no answer for, reported back
Internal assistants — helpdesk, HR and policy questions for staff
Containment and quality measurement — resolution tracking rather than deflection vanity metrics

What we would tell you in the first meeting

Deflection rate is the wrong measure and it is the one most vendors report. A customer who gave up is counted as a success. Measure resolution — did the person get what they came for — and the design decisions change immediately, starting with how quickly you let them reach a human.

FAQ

Conversational AI — Frequently Asked Questions

How do you measure whether an assistant is working?+

By resolution, not deflection. Deflection counts the customer who gave up as a success, which is why so many chat widgets report excellent numbers while customers complain. We measure whether the person got what they came for, and we treat a fast handover to a human as a good outcome rather than a failure.

Can it work in Indian languages, including mixed input?+

Yes. We build for English and the major Indian languages, including code-mixed input where people move between languages mid-sentence, which is how customers actually write. Voice adds transcription accuracy as a separate problem, so we test that against recordings of your real calls rather than clean studio audio.

Can the assistant do things, or only answer questions?+

It can do things — check an order, book a slot, raise or update a ticket — where you want it to. That crosses from assistant into agent territory, so the same rules apply: scoped permissions, audit trail, and a human in the loop for anything expensive to get wrong.
