AI Strategy, Governance & Responsible AI
Two failures are common: shipping AI into a decision that should never have been automated, and blocking useful work for eighteen months in committee. Both come from having no framework. We help you sort candidate use cases by value and risk, put proportionate controls on the ones that carry consequences for real people, and keep the documentation that a regulator, an auditor or an angry customer will eventually ask for.
How we work on this
- Portfolio review — every AI initiative, sorted by value and risk
- Governance framework — policy, tiering and approval that fits how you work
- Pre-launch assessment — one system reviewed before it ships
- Ongoing assurance — periodic review as systems and rules change
Our Capabilities
Comprehensive AI Governance capabilities backed by deep expertise and proven methodologies.
Technologies We Use
We leverage industry-leading tools and frameworks to build robust, scalable solutions.
What we would tell you in the first meeting
Good AI governance is mostly a filing discipline plus the nerve to cancel things. The organisations that struggle are not the ones with weak policies — they are the ones who cannot say no to a senior sponsor with a bad idea.
AI Governance — Frequently Asked Questions
Is this just paperwork?+
Partly, and the paperwork matters more than people expect — when something goes wrong, the documentation of what the system was for, what data trained it and how it was tested is what protects you. The other part is the decisions: what to build, what to refuse, and where a human must stay in the loop. That is the part that prevents the incident rather than explaining it.
What does the DPDP Act mean for our AI systems?+
Practically: know what personal data enters your models and prompts, have a lawful basis for it, honour retention limits, and understand where processing physically happens — including what your model provider does with what you send. We review those points against how your systems are actually built, not how the architecture diagram says they are.
How much governance is proportionate?+
It should scale with consequence. An assistant that drafts internal summaries does not need the controls of a system that influences credit decisions or clinical care. Tiering by risk is what keeps governance from becoming a queue that everything dies in, which is the failure mode we see most often.
